The Topeka First Friday ArtWalk is a monthly event put together byARTSConnect, an organization that View a printer-friendly map of all participating art walk locations. The Alice C. Sabatini Art Gallery charges no admission, and is home to Topeka’s oldest public art collection of nearly 5,000 items. The Art Guild Gallery of Topeka features changing art exhibits of paintings, photographs, pottery, jewelry and fiber art. Artist Collection and Custom Framing Featuring fine art prints, posters and professional commercial framing. Topeka's oldest commercial gallery features original paintings, small sculpture and ceramics. Exhibiting the work of more than 40 regional artists. Features paintings, sculpture and numerous photographs and prints depicting combat aircraft flown during WWI and WWII. Every month, hundreds of people visit our local galleries to meet the artists and to purchase great art during the First Friday Artwalk. Glass Expressions Art Glass Gallery Expressions specializes in fine art glass and jewelry. Brings Topeka's railroad heritage to life through photographs, special exhibits, and costumed docents. Kansas Children's Discovery Center The Kansas Children’s Discovery Center’s interactive exhibits encourage both critical and creative thinking as children explore, play and discover. Visit award-winning exhibits on colorful characters and everyday folks from Kansas' past. While international in scope, the museum's collection emphasizes the works of artists in Kansas and the Midwest. The Phoenix Gallery represents more than 150 of the best painters, potters and sculptors in a five state radius, artists that specialize in the art of the prairie and Midwest. Potwin Pottery offers a first-rate creative experience. Pick a piece of pottery, plan your design, pick out your colors and paint it. This venue offers artists a chance to work with glass art. There is also glass art for sale. They feature top of the line modern furniture, art from local and regional artists and an espresso bar where every drink is made with love. SouthWind Gallery at Framewoods of Topeka SouthWind Gallery is one of the MidWest's leading art galleries, specializing in contemporary original paintings and sculpture. Art Gallery in the future lobby of The Jayhawk Tower, next to the Jayhawk Theatre. Local host gallery for incredible national touring shows.
