Sponsorship opportunities are now available in Visit Topeka’s monthly and weekly newsletters.

Promote a special coupon or deal! Raise awareness of your business, attraction, or services. Get your information in front of hundreds or thousands of subscribers.

Sponsorships are committed for a month at a time, on a first come, first serve basis. Ad space is limited in both newsletters.

New ads need to be submitted in jpg or pdf format electronically to Shalyn@VisitTopeka.com.

Visit Topeka Inc. Sponsorship Guidelines

Topeka Tourism Weekly

• Timely news from the Visit Topeka Inc. office focusing on major news and big events in Topeka
• Sent to more than 500 subscribers the first business day of every week
• Deadline to submit ads and payment: one week prior to the first Monday of a month
• Ad will run for four consecutive weeks

Weekly Ad Criteria

• Logo ad, $50/week, $200/month
• Business logo
• A link to your website
• Size: 160 pixels x 200 pixels
• Online Banner, $75/week, $300/month
• horizontal image, ad or logo
• a link to your website
• optional 50 words of text
• Size: 7 inches wide x 2 inches tall (504 pixels x 144 pixels)

Limit of two logo ads and two online banner ads per weekly newsletter.

Visit Topeka Inc. Monthly Newsletter

• An easy to read and eye-catching look at the month’s top events for visitors and Topeka locals
• Sent to more than 8,000 subscribers every month
• Deadline to submit ads and payment: by the 25th of the month preceding
• Ad will run in one monthly newsletter

Monthly Ad Criteria

• Online Banner, $300/month
• horizontal image, ad or logo
• a link to your website
• optional 50 words of text
• Size: 7 inches wide x 2 inches tall (504 pixels x 144 pixels)

Limit of two sponsors per monthly newsletter.

Current members of the Topeka Tourism Alliance are eligible for a 15% discount.
